This is the first product that I have ever tried from the Makeup Revolution range. The Ultra Cover & Conceal Palette* (Light-Medium) consists of 8 shades which can be used individually or combined and a large mirror (always handy!). The colour variations in the palette have a yellow undertone. The formulation is extremely creamy to touch but once applied has a slight matte finish. I have seen people mention that they found it oily, but I did not really experience this (even though I have oily skin). The packaging has a nice slick black finish to it which makes it easy to clean if you get finger marks on it.
To be honest, I think the colours in this palette are slightly off for my skintone but that doesn't mean I can't use it to define my eyebrows or as a brightener underneath my eyes (which I do). There are enough colours for you to mix and match and do as you please. However, Makeup Revolution also have a similar palette which comes in Medium-Dark, which some people may find suits their skintone better. In terms of coverage, it provides medium coverage even if you build on it and I think this is beause it has a light formulation.
I think at £6 it is a bargain if you do not fancy splashing out on one of the high end brands. Like I said, if you haven't got many blemishes or dark circles to cover up, then this may be the right product for you. If you also aren't a fan of 'heavy' coverage, then this could be for you too. I think for me, when I use a concealer, I do want it to cover up everything. It has worked well as a highlighter for me though.
Have you tried any products from Makeup Revolution?
Thanks for reading!
