The first look I put together today would be suitable for a dinner party that moves on to a bar to dance the night away. It is a very simple look. I'm sure we've all heard that saying "less is more"..it is so true. In my opinion, nothing beats understated glamour. It oozes class and elegance. There's nothing worse than going out and looking like you've tried far too hard. Also, it's all about accessories!
This is a gorgeous crossover mocha dress. It is understated and sexy. It frames the body in the right places and in a way that isn't too figure hugging making you feel comfortable. It also isn't low cut which is what I think makes it look classy. You haven't got to worry about your chest being on display.
2. Coat: Topshop "Tipped Coat" ~ £250
I love this statement jacket. It is a black and grey tipped collarless jacket. I think it adds a bit of a wow factor to the outfit. Definitely a conversation starter.
3. Clutch: Ted Baker "Glinor Crystal Studded Clutch" ~ £129
How gorgeous is this crystal studded clutch with the metallic gold bow and chain? It's all about accessories, it adds glamour to the look. The chain is also removeable which is great if you don't want it on your shoulder.
4. Shoes: Dune "Hideout Diamante Strappy Sandals" ~ £99
What I like about these sandals is that although they have diamantes on them, they are not over the top. They are extremely elegant. You can't go wrong with a pair of black diamante sandals.
5. Nail Varnish: Ciate "Cocktail Dress" ~ £9
You definitely need to add a pop of colour to your outfit. This colour would do just that! It is a pink red polish and is decribed as "sexy, seductive and flirty".
6. Perfume: Chanel "No 5" ~ £48 (50ml edp)
A timeless fragrance suitable for any occasion.
7. Earrings: Michael Kors "Rose Golden Fireball Earrings" ~ £46
Simple yet elegant. Together with the clutch and the shoes, it adds sparkle to the outfit.
So all in all, I think it is a simple yet stylish outfit.
What do you think?
