Yumi Lashes is the brainchild of Sandra Viglino, a Swiss dermapigmentologist and a permanent makeup expert. The treatment enhances the natural beauty of the eyelashes in a painless, safe and non-invasive way. This all done without the use of harmful chemicals or otent false eyelash adhesives. The 45 minute treatment provides a long-lasting “lifting and boosting” effect to natural lashes which lasts between 8 -12 weeks! Amazing right?
The actual treatment is a four stage process.
Step One
Coenzyme Q10 gel pads are placed under the eyes. The sensation was great, it felt really soothing and are meant to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles.
Step Two
The lashes are then boosted towards the eyebrows and then straightened, adding length and volume to the lashes.
Step Three
Yumi Tint is then applied to the lashes. There are five shades. I had a blue black tint applied to my lashes which look great as it really made them stand out.
Step Four
A nourishing agent is applied to the lashes to condition them.
It was a great experience. I have never paid this much attention to my lashes. I think we just use mascaras and never really think about treating our lashes. It's the same idea with a facial, it's good to treat your skin now and again, so why don't we do the same to our lashes.

My Lashes Before & After:
You can definitely see the difference can't you? This is without mascara. Now almost a week after my treatment, my lashes still look great. As mentioned above, the effects last throughout your lash cycle, so up to 12 weeks. After your treatment you are given a lash brush and a Yumi Lash nourishing mascara to take home.
The treatment is available at the Urban Retreat in Harrods and costs £80. Yumi Lashes have kindly offered my readers £65 for the treatment at The Beauty Lounge in Kingly Court, London. This offer is valid until 26th October 2012. Some may say that the price is quite steep for lashes, but then again, it is a treatment that has visible results without the need to add extensions. I think it's definitely worth considering.
Have you heard of Yumi Lashes? Would you have the treatment?
Your lashes look amazing! I would definitely want to try and get mine done.
